Stress is ubiquitous and stress levels in this era of hyperchange are peaking and as a result it can leave us feeling overwhelmed.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><em>\"Stress is experience and symptoms are feedback\" Carol Ann Brazier<\/em><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>With all these changes happening in our lives right now, stress is building up and just like a saucepan on the stove, if we do not watch it will overflow. Too much stress can harm our physical and mental health, so incorporating relaxation exercises into our daily lives is important. Breathing is our basic relaxation tool, always available and a 100% natural tranquilizer!
